Responsibilities
- Delivering personal care

- Specialized pediatric services such as tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and tube feedings
- Collaborating with the care team
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Ensuring safety
- Adhering to organizational policies and standards
- Participating in care coordination and agency meetings
- Delivering family-centered, high-quality care
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the state
- CPR certification
- Licensed driver with insured vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
