About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home-based care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and adjust care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Respond to changes in patient condition
- Coordinate healthcare education, goal setting, and discharge planning
Requirements
- Current RN license
- Valid health certificate
- PPD or Chest X-ray
- BLS certification
- One year of RN experience (preferred)
