Homecare Hospice Registered Nurse

About the role

Provides direct patient care in accordance with physician orders, standards of practice, and company policies. Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes, including end-of-life care and symptom management.

Responsibilities

• Follow the plan of care and deliver treatments to meet patient needs
• Coordinate hospice services by reporting needs to the interdisciplinary team
• Manage pain and symptoms effectively

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days
• Valid driver’s license
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
