About the role

Provide high-quality home hospice care to patients in their homes and facilities. Travel throughout Bucks County and Northeast Philadelphia to deliver nursing services to older adults.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing services to hospice patients in homes and facilities in Bucks County and Northeast Philadelphia.

Requirements

• Current license with the State of Pennsylvania for Registered Nurse.
• 2-3 years of professional RN experience.
• Professional certificate in Patient Care, Nursing, Hospice Care, or Home Health Care.
