Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier guest service, ensuring every interaction makes guests feel at home and their stay unforgettable.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with guests and team members to keep operations flowing smoothly.
• Solve challenges quickly and effectively, turning potential issues into positive guest experiences.
• Multitask efficiently, managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and financial details with precision.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
