About the role

As a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with VNA Health Group in Bergen County, you’ll play a critical role in providing compassionate, patient‑centered care in a home health setting. Working closely with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals, you’ll support patients in their journey toward recovery and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Implement care plans under the direction of Registered Nurses, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
• Assist clients with preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures to improve their health and well‑being.
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver coordinated care.
• Ensure services are delivered with attention to quality and appropriateness.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by adhering to infection control and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Graduation from an NLN‑accredited LPN program with active New Jersey LPN licensure.
• 2+ years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience; home care or hospice experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate and foster positive, professional relationships as a team player.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Pay

Compensation range: $32.00 – $42.00 per hour. Offer considerations include scope and responsibilities, work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
