About the role
The VNA Health Group is a 110-year-old organization dedicated to providing compassionate care in a home health setting. As a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a crucial role in supporting patients on their journey towards recovery and improving their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Implement care plans under the direction of Registered Nurses, ensuring high standards of patient care.
- Assist clients with preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures to enhance their health and well-being.
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver coordinated care.
- Maintain care quality by ensuring services are delivered with attention to quality and appropriateness.
- Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe, clean environment.
Requirements
- Graduation from an NLN-accredited LPN program with active New Jersey LPN licensure.
- 2+ years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience. Home care or hospice experience is a plus.

Pay
The compensation range for this position is USD $42.00 to USD $50.00 per hour. Offered salary will be determined based on the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
