What You Bring To The Table

• 18 years of age or older
• Prior experience leading others
• Knowledge of and ability to process different cuts of meat, as well as previous experience working in a meat department and with various tools (grinders, saws, and other meat processing tools) - For Meat Department
• 1 year or more of experience as a Baker - For Bakery Department
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences
• A history of ensuring your customers have a seamless shopping experience
• Uses time and resources efficiently and effectively
• Acts with integrity, pride, and passion day in and day out
