Home Provider / Shared Living Provider

Role Overview As a Home Provider, you will support individuals with intellectual disabilities by opening your home to foster connection, independence, and growth. You’ll create a safe, welcoming environment where the individual feels valued and belongs. Key Responsibilities Support daily living skills including cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision-making.Assist with medication management, medical appointments, and personal care activities.Help build community connections and promote participation in activities.Provide transportation and support for daily tasks.Maintain documentation and communicate with the support team.Support personal growth, confidence, and independence. Support may also include behavioral, medical, or specialized care based on individual needs. Qualifications & Skills Must be at least 21 years old and a resident of Arizona.Own or rent a home, with active insurance.Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.Internet access and basic computer skills.Willingness to complete screenings, background checks, and training.Experience is preferred but not required. Additional Information Ongoing training and team support provided.Support with licensing and matching process.Average annual income approximately $42,500 (tax-free).Work from home opportunity with flexible support roles.
