Role Overview
As a Home Provider, you will support individuals with intellectual disabilities by opening your home and creating a welcoming environment that fosters connection, growth, and independence. Your responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills, medication management, community engagement, transportation, and documentation. Support may also involve personal care, behavioral, medical, or specialized needs based on the individual's requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 21 years old and a current resident of Illinois.
- Ownership or rental of a home, with active insurance.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
- Internet access and basic computer skills.
- Ability to complete screenings, background checks, and training.
- Registered healthcare worker (DSP) preferred.
