Home Provider / Shared Living Provider

Role Overview As a Home Provider, you will support individuals with intellectual disabilities by opening your home and integrating them into your household. Your responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills, medication management, building community connections, providing transportation, and supporting personal goals. Support may also involve personal care, behavioral, medical, or specialized needs based on the individual's requirements. Key Responsibilities Create a safe, welcoming environment where the individual feels valued and connectedSupport daily routines such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and decision-makingAssist with medical appointments and medication administrationHelp build independence and confidenceMaintain documentation and communicate with support teams Qualifications & Skills Must be at least 21 years oldCurrent resident of Arizona with own or rented homeReliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insuranceInternet access and basic computer skillsAbility to complete background checks and trainingExperience is preferred but not required Additional Support Ongoing training and team supportResources for licensing and program complianceSupport from an experienced team throughout the process Ideal Candidate Traits Enjoy building meaningful relationshipsCommitted to creating inclusive, supportive homesPassionate about helping others grow and thriveUnderstanding of small support moments making a big difference
