We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: - Intro about Mayo Clinic (Why Mayo Clinic ...). That could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe includes description of role and organization. The posting includes "Why Mayo Clinic ..." and then "As we work together...". That's about the organization and role. So we can put that under

About the role

with paragraphs. - Responsibilities: there is a "Responsibilities" heading in the text. We'll include that. - Qualifications: there is a "Qualifications" heading. We'll include that. - Benefits: there is a "Benefits Highlights" section. We'll include Benefits. - Pay: there is "Compensation Detail $21.91 - $29.60 / hour". Also "Benefits Eligible Yes". So we can include Pay section. - Schedule: there is "Schedule Full Time Hours/Pay Period 80 Schedule Details Monday - Friday 0800-1700 Weekend Schedule None". So include Schedule. - Skills: maybe not explicit separate section; but we could infer from qualifications. However we should only include if posting has real specific content for Skills. There's no explicit Skills heading. Could combine skills into Qualifications or Responsibilities. Better to omit Skills section if no explicit content. - Requirements: maybe same as Qualifications? The posting has "Qualifications". Could treat that as Requirements. But we have both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to decide: The posting includes "Qualifications". It also includes some requirements like "High school diploma or equivalent." etc. That's qualifications. There's no separate "Requirements". So we could either put that under Qualifications and omit Requirements, or put under Requirements and omit Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section, maybe using Qualifications heading (since that's present). Or we could have both but they'd be similar. Better to have one Qualifications section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At the end there is EEO statement, E-Verify, Recruiter Tavy Smalls. Those are boilerplate; we should remove them. Also "International Assignment No Site Description" maybe part of schedule? Actually it's after Schedule details. It's not boilerplate but maybe site description. It says "Site Description Just as our reputation...". That's descriptive about locations; could be part of About the role? It's not a heading. We'll keep that as part of About the role maybe. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Not needed. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content. About the role: Combine the introductory paragraphs: "Why Mayo Clinic Mayo Clinic is top-ranked in more specialties than any other care provider according to U.S. News & World Report. As we work together to put the needs of the patient first, we are also dedicated to our employees, investing in competitive compensation and comprehensive benefit plans – to take care of you and your family, now and in the future. And with continuing education and advancement opportunities at every turn, you can build a long, successful career with Mayo Clinic." Then also the Site Description: "Just as our reputation has spread beyond our Minnesota roots, so have our locations. Today, our employees are located at our three major campuses in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona, Jacksonville, Florida, Rochester, Minnesota, and at Mayo Clinic Health System campuses throughout Midwestern communities, and at our international locations. Each Mayo Clinic location is a special place where our employees thrive in both their work and personal lives. Learn more about what each unique Mayo Clinic campus has to offer, and where your best fit is." We could keep that as part of About the role. Responsibilities: The block after "Responsibilities". Let's capture: "Join a team that makes a meaningful difference in patients' lives every day. In this role, you'll provide face-to-face support, education, and guidance to patients and caregivers as they transition from the hospital or clinic to home. By helping individuals select and understand durable medical equipment (DME) and healthcare products, you'll promote safety, recovery, and independence while delivering exceptional customer service. As part of Mayo Clinic, you'll work in a mission-driven environment dedicated to inspiring hope and promoting health. You'll enjoy meaningful patient interactions, opportunities for professional growth, comprehensive benefits, and the satisfaction of helping patients confidently manage their health and well-being at home. The HME Specialist I position is the first of multiple career opportunities within the Mayo Clinic Stores. May be assigned to working on the medical supply store floor or in a call center environment. During the selection process you may participate in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview that you can complete at your convenience. During the OnDemand interview, a question will appear on your screen, and you will have time to consider each question before responding. You will have the opportunity to re-record your answer to each question - Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording. The complete interview will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member and you will be notified of next steps." We need to keep all that. Qualifications: The block after "Qualifications". Let's capture: "High school diploma or equivalent. Prior customer service, sales, healthcare, or patient care experience preferred. Prior DME experience is preferred but not required. Effectively reads, writes, speaks and understand English. Able to learn technical tasks and able to follow written and verbal directions. Comfortable utilizing technology, problem solving and efficient with software applications. Proven ability to multi-task and make good decisions regarding customer service. Must be able to work independently as needed. Mayo Clinic does not participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program. Exemption Status Nonexempt" Note: "Exemption Status Nonexempt" maybe belongs to Pay? But it's under Qualifications block. We'll keep it there. Benefits: The block after "Benefits Highlights". Let's capture: "Medical: Multiple plan options.Dental: Delta Dental or reimbursement account for flexible coverage.Vision: Affordable plan with national network.Pre-Tax Savings: HSA and FSAs for eligible expenses.Retirement: Competitive retirement package to secure your future." We need to keep punctuation as is. Pay: The block after "Compensation Detail". Also "Benefits Eligible Yes". So: "Compensation Detail $21.91 - $29.60 / hour Benefits Eligible Yes" We could separate into two sentences but keep as is. Schedule: The block after "Schedule Full Time Hours/Pay Period 80 Schedule Details Monday - Friday 0800-1700 Weekend Schedule None". Also maybe "International Assignment No". That seems like a separate field but could be part of Schedule? It's about international assignment. Might be considered part of Schedule? Not exactly. But we could include it under Schedule as extra detail. However the instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. The posting includes "International Assignment No". That's specific content. Could be part of Schedule or maybe a separate section like "Assignment". But we don't have a heading for that. Could include it under Schedule as additional note. We'll include Schedule section with that content. Now we need to format with

headings and

for prose,

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. We have lists: Responsibilities includes many sentences but not bullet list. However we could convert to
    • for each duty? The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The responsibilities block is a list of duties but not formatted as list. We could split into items. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can convert sentences into list items. That's acceptable as it's still preserving info. Similarly Qualifications could be list. Benefits already have colon-separated items; we could make list. We need to decide: Should we keep as paragraphs or convert to list? The instruction says use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. If the content is naturally a list (like bullet points), we should use list. The responsibilities block is a series of sentences describing duties; could be considered a list. Safer to wrap each duty in
        • . However we must not invent or summarize away detail; converting to list items is fine as long as we keep each sentence. Similarly Qualifications: list of requirements. Benefits: list of items. We'll produce:
