Magnolia Home Inspections is seeking a team of thoughtful professionals who enjoy being a valuable resource to home buyers. Ideal candidates are problem solvers, detail-oriented, and enjoy researching and investigating to achieve expert knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home inspections in a fast-paced environment, gathering information and facts about homes within a limited timeframe.
• Research and investigate technical issues to provide comprehensive reports that help prepare home buyers for ownership.
• Reflect on past experiences to offer insights that benefit home buyers.
• Solve problems efficiently and ensure accuracy in all aspects of the inspection process.
• Work collaboratively with other team members, sharing knowledge and experience to support the Magnolia culture.

Requirements

• High accountability and coachability.
• A competitive spirit and ability to earn client trust through Magnolia's structured service process.
• Professional communication skills and fundamental computer and office skills.
• A valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• A background in construction industry, with a preferred 90 hr inspector training certification completed or in process.
