Position Summary

We are the new HouseMaster Greater Phoenix! LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED BY AN INSPECTOR (NO PRIVATE EQUITY FIRMS!) We are a small but mighty and growing franchise, seeking individuals to join a team of professional home inspectors.

Role And Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of residential home systems and elements
• Work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces and attics, and stand for long periods of time
• Solid computer technology skills for report writing and communications
• Stay current on latest company initiatives, policies, and procedures, while continually developing advanced technical knowledge in Inspection standards & home building science
• Punctuality, the ability to work independently and a strong work ethic are also required

Qualifications And Requirements

• Active Home Inspector License with Arizona Board of Technical Registration
• Capacity to use the latest inspection software, technology and techniques
• Certified or trained to perform Termite, Radon & Mold Inspections a plus but not required at hire
• Degree or experience in construction or engineering a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record, personal auto insurance
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Physically fit for climbing ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces and attics, and stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• May be required to enter homes that contain allergens such as pets, dust, mold, or potential carcinogens

• $25 Cell Phone & $10 SUPRA License Stipends per semi-monthly pay-period (so $50/mo cell phone, $20/mo SUPRA)
• Compensation: $500.00 - $2,500.00 per week
