Requirements

• Completed home inspection classroom training and passed State exam
• Licensed Home Inspector
• 2+ years home inspection experience
• Qualified to do Standard Home Inspections, WDO/termite inspections, Wind Mitigation, 4-point & pool inspections
• HomeGauge knowledge is a plus
• Valid driver’s license

Skills

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Reliable and prepared to show up for work on time
• Physically fit for climbing ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces and attics, and stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift 50 lbs
