Home Inspector
Responsibilities
- Perform residential home inspections in accordance with Florida standards and company inspection procedures
- Inspect and evaluate major home systems, including roofing, structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances
- Complete inspection reports accurately and in a timely manner using the company's reporting software
- Communicate inspection findings clearly and professionally with clients on-site when needed
- Perform additional inspection services such as Wind Mitigation, 4-Point Inspections, pool inspections, sewer scope inspections, and other ancillary services as trained
- Maintain and care for inspection tools, equipment, and company property
- Represent Full Circle Home Inspectors in a professional manner with clients, real estate agents, and homeowners at all times
Qualifications
- Licensed Home Inspector in Florida
- InterNACHI Certification (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a customer-first mindset
- Passionate about protecting clients and educating homeowners
- Willing to travel locally as part of your territory
- Confident walking on roofs or climbing in attics and/or crawl spaces
- Valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and reliable transportation
