Home Infusion Nurse, Part-Time

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Administer specialty medications safely in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with care teams to support holistic patient health.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatments.
• Serve as the primary contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license within the practice state.
• At least 2 years of RN experience, with 1 year in critical, acute, or home healthcare.
• Proficient in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally.
• Flexible to work approximately 32 hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience in specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy.

Key Skills

• Strong clinical decision-making and autonomous working ability.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Proficiency in infusion techniques and documentation.

Pay

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Approximately 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
