Home Infusion Nurse, Part-Time

About the role

This position is for a Home Infusion Registered Nurse based in NORTH or EAST of Indianapolis, IN. Provide safe infusion and medication administration in patients' homes, including IV therapy. Collaborate with care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and document assessments and progress. Serve as the primary contact for patient updates and coordinate care. Make clinical decisions independently to optimize outcomes.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 2 years of RN experience
• 1 year in critical, acute, or home healthcare
• Proficiency in IV techniques
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Experience in specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy preferred

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions
• Effective problem-solving skills
