Home Infusion Nurse, Part-Time

About the role

Join a specialty pharmacy team as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, providing care in patients' homes to improve health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusion medications safely and effectively in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to support holistic patient well-being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress accurately.
• Serve as the primary contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Make clinical decisions independently to achieve optimal results.

Qualifications

• Active RN license, minimum 2 years RN experience, including 1 year in critical, acute, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV techniques, valid driver's license, and ability to travel.
• Availability for 32 hours/week, including evenings/weekends.
• PREFERRED: BSN and experience in specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy.
• Ensure reliable internet connection if working remotely.
