About the role
Provide advanced infusion nursing care for patients with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) and other rare/chronic diseases.
Responsibilities
- Deliver infusion therapies in home, clinic, hospital, and virtual settings
- Education on therapy management and side effects to patients and caregivers
- Care coordination with specialty centers and care teams for seamless treatment
- Building long-term patient relationships through compassionate, expert care and clear communication
- Supporting quality outcomes and collaborative care discussions
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience including ICU or pulmonary/cardiac care
- Infusion skills
- Patient education
- BLS certification
- Able to travel
Preferred qualifications
- Nursing degree
- Home infusion experience
- Relevant certifications
