About the role

The role involves providing expert in-home infusion care, administering IV medications, monitoring patient responses, and educating patients on treatment management.

Responsibilities

• Traveling within assigned regions to deliver care across various settings
• Collaborating with pharmacy teams
• Documenting all patient interactions
• Managing potential crises professionally
• Assisting with administrative tasks
• Participating in on-call rotations
• Mentoring new staff to uphold high standards of patient care and compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• An active RN license
• Relevant certification (CRNI preferred)
• Extensive home infusion experience
• Proficiency with IV access devices
• A valid driver’s license

Requirements

• A MSN is preferred, with a focus on compassionate, evidence-based practice to support patients with complex health conditions
