Responsibilities
- Administer IV infusions and medications
- Monitor patients
- Educate on treatment and self-administration
- Coordinate with pharmacy teams
- Handle crises professionally
- Document interactions promptly
- Participate in an on-call rotation
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the relevant state
- Eligibility for national certification (CRNI preferred)
- 5+ years of home infusion and critical care experience
- Proficiency with peripheral IVs, central lines, PICC lines, and port-a-caths
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
- Strong communication and crisis management skills
