Home Health - Weekday Split Shifts

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care for a medically fragile pediatric patient in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Initiating and revising care plans based on patient needs
• Administering medications and treatments
• Responding to changes in patient condition
• Caring for patients with complex needs such as g-tube feeding, seizure precautions, vents, and trachs
• Monitoring patient status
• Providing health education
• Collaborating with healthcare teams

Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• Current health certification
• PPD or chest X-ray
• BLS certification
• Preferred experience of at least one year
