In Home Healthcare LVN - Weekday Shifts

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate home healthcare to pediatric patients, including feeding tube management and medication administration (training available). Ensure clinical outcomes through personalized patient care. Utilize electronic documentation via a tablet system. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Valid, active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test within the past 12 months
• Reliable transportation required
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory
