Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care for toddlers, including feeding tube management and medication administration (training available).
- Ensure clinical outcomes and compassionate support in a home setting.
- Utilize electronic documentation via tablets and collaborate with a team of clinicians and operators.
- Provide nursing care, manage feeding tubes and medication, document electronically, and support clinical outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification
- TB test within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Preferred six months of hands-on nursing experience
