Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized speech therapy sessions in clients' homes
• Evaluate client progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
• Document sessions and maintain client records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in speech therapy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in using assistive technology for therapy sessions
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational skills

Skills

• Knowledge of various speech disorders and treatment methods
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
