Role Overview A Home Health Speech Language Pathologist provides personalized speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing therapy to patients in their homes or facilities. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and reviewing treatment plans, administering diagnostic tests, and monitoring patient progress.
