Role Overview
The Home Health Speech Language Pathologist evaluates, treats, and develops personalized care plans for patients in their homes or facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing therapy
- Conduct diagnostic tests
- Observe and report patient progress
- Instruct patients and families on communication aids
- Maintain documentation
- Participate in care coordination and discharge planning
- Uphold confidentiality and professional standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum six months of experience as a speech therapist
- Current unrestricted license
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Preferred experience includes home health

Compensation ranges from $54.00 to $76.00 per visit and $85,400 to $117,500 annually, based on skills and location. The role involves patient-facing activities and adherence to TB screening and driver safety programs.
