Home Health RN

Skyline is looking for a qualified Full-Time Home Health RN to join our Home Health Team. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills to work well with patients, their families, and their physicians. Supervision of the Home Health Aides and following all state and local regulations will be required. You will function under the direction of the Home Health Administrator. As a member of our Home Health Team, you can make a difference every day by assisting our patients to lead a self-directed life and receive care in the comfort of their own home. You will be an active advocate for the individuals served and play a vital role in the patient-centered care provided by Skyline.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing evaluations of patients
• Compliance with physician orders
• Completion of required documentation and chart management
• Supervision of the Home Health Aides
• Following all state and local regulations

Qualifications

• 18 years of age
• Valid Nursing Certification for the State of Iowa Required
• Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance with a good driving record

Schedule

Monday–Friday 8am–4pm with occasional nights and weekends, as well as a rotating on-call schedule.
