About the role

Inspired Home Care is growing fast, and we're hiring PRN and Part-Time RNs immediately. If you want meaningful one‑on‑one patient care outside a clinical setting, this is your chance to make a real impact. We care for patients of all ages who need intermittent skilled care at home. Our nurses are compassionate, independent, and committed to giving each patient the attention they deserve.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions at each visit and document findings
• Complete evaluations: vitals, medication review, OASIS assessments, wound care, IV therapy
• Manage and monitor wound healing
• Educate patients and families on home‑care procedures
• Collaborate with PT, OT, ST, physicians, and the full care team
• Recommend tools or devices that improve patient quality of life
• Listen, support, and respond to patient needs

Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of in‑home care experience
• Strong communication and time‑management skills
• Compassionate, patient‑focused approach
• Ability to travel to multiple patients daily

Qualifications

• (Preferred) Familiarity with Home Care Home Base or Kinnser
