Home Health RN

Role Overview: Provide comprehensive home health nursing care to diverse patient populations, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Key Responsibilities: Assess patients' physical, psychological, social, and environmental needs; develop and implement individualized care plans; administer medications and treatments per protocols; supervise ancillary staff; report patient status changes; evaluate treatment effectiveness; ensure patient safety and follow policies; establish rapport with patients, families, and healthcare team; utilize community resources; and promote patient participation in care. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Must hold an active RN license in NM or as permitted. CPR/BLS certification required within 30 days. Ability to perform sedentary work with minimal physical exertion; work environment involves low physical risk and minimal hazards.
