About the Role
Dependable Home Health of Tucson is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health care to patients primarily within the 85706 and 85756 zip codes. This is a great opportunity for an RN who wants a more focused geographic territory, meaningful one-on-one patient care, and the independence of working in home health while still having the support of an experienced clinical team.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive in-home patient assessments
- Develop and update individualized plans of care
- Administer medications, treatments, injections, and wound care according to physician orders
- Monitor patient progress and recognize changes in condition
- Communicate patient updates and concerns with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
- Educate patients and caregivers on medications, disease management, safety, and wellness
- Coordinate care with therapists, social workers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Supervise and document care provided by LPNs and Home Health Aides (HHAs), as appropriate
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Help patients maintain their safety, independence, and quality of life at home
Requirements
- Current Arizona RN license in good standing
- Minimum of one year of RN experience preferred
- Home health, hospice, rehabilitation, med-surg, or critical care experience is a plus
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
