The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care tailored to individual patient needs, following care plans and physicians’ orders while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards. Key Responsibilities Include Developing individualized care plans with medical interventions and measurable goals.Educating clients and families based on specific needs.Training primary caregivers to optimize client care.Coordinating ongoing care through documentation and communication with physicians and caregivers.Delivering home-based care using skills such as assessment, wound care, infusions, catheter management, and PICC line dressing changes. Qualifications And Skills Active RN license in the applicable state.Valid CPR or BLS certification.Valid driver’s license.Preferred: Medicare skilled nursing experience, basic Oasis knowledge, and at least 1 year of RN experience.
