Home Health Registered Nurse - Part Time PRN

About the Role

The Registered Nurse – Home Health provides skilled nursing care in patients' homes, following care plans and physicians’ orders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Develop care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams
• Educate clients and families on health management and care techniques
• Train primary caregivers to ensure continuity of care
• Coordinate care through accurate documentation and communication
• Deliver skilled nursing services, including wound care, infusions, catheter care, and PICC line dressing changes

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Valid CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Medicare skilled nursing experience
• Basic understanding of Oasis documentation
• At least one year of RN experience in a healthcare setting
