About the role
We are seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for home health care in the Mobile, AL communities.
Responsibilities
- Provides individualized, patient-centered nursing care in patients' homes, including assessments, wound care, medication management, infusion therapy, and education to patients and caregivers.
- Makes comprehensive assessments and performs skilled interventions to promote recovery, safety, and independence.
- Communicates with the care team and ensures care plans are tailored to each patient's needs.
- Maintains accurate documentation to support quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Holds an active RN license.
- Has at least one year of clinical experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- CPR certification.
