Role: Private Duty Nurse LPN Responsibilities Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes for pediatric and adult clients.Perform assessments, administer medications, and manage trach/vent and G-tube procedures.Deliver wound care in accordance with individualized care plans.Accurately document patient information and collaborate with families and clinical team members. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with compassionate and patient-focused approach.Strong clinical skills in pediatric and adult care, including complex medical procedures.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a home setting.
