Role: Private Duty Nurse LPN Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes, including assessments, medication administration, trach/vent and G-tube management, and wound care. Follow individualized care plans, document accurately, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to ensure quality patient care. Qualifications & Skills: Compassionate and dedicated, with a valid LPN license. Strong clinical skills in pediatric and adult care, including managing complex medical devices and wound care.
