Purpose

Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing, focusing on personalized care for pediatric patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system
• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Auxiliary with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements

• Active LPN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail

Pay and Sign-On Bonus

• Full-Time: $23.00 - $26.00 an hour, $2,000.00 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment
• Part-Time: $23.00 - $26.00 an hour, $1,000.00 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment

Schedule

• Full-Time: 30 hours or more per week
• Part-Time: 29 hours or less per week
