What You’ll Do
- Implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans with measurable goals under the supervision of a licensed PTE.
- Engage pediatric patients with fun, age-appropriate games and activities to keep them motivated.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Accurately document patient progress in a timely manner.
Who We’re Looking For
- Active PTA certification and valid Texas state license.
- Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred.
- Energetic, patient-centered professional comfortable working in home-based settings.
Patient Population
- Children (ages 0–21) presenting with developmental delays, cerebral palsy, orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, and gross motor challenges.

Physical Requirements
- Maintain various postures (kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting) for extended periods.
- Walk and run for extended periods.
- Transition independently from sitting to standing.
- Utilize quick body movements as required by behavior intervention plans.
- Lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
- Transfer, position, and transport patients and adaptive equipment.
- Read written communication via computer, electronic devices, and paper.
- Perform data collection using electronic devices.
