Home Health Payroll Specialist- Fulltime

Responsibilities

• Aid in the accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, deductions, and direct deposit information.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Assist in preparing payroll reports for management and audits.
• Support the payroll team in implementing process improvements and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Aid in year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and distribution.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one (1) year of recent (within the last three (3) years) experience in a Home Health or Hospice Setting.
• A basic understanding of payroll principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Dayforce.
• A strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Pay and Benefits
