Home Health OTA - Part Time

About the role

We are seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist Assistant to deliver personalized therapy services in patients' homes, supporting rehabilitation and functional improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist
• Train patients and families in daily living skills
• Document patient progress and outcomes
• Participate in care coordination and discharge planning

Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted Occupational Therapy Assistant license in North Carolina
• Valid driver’s license with insurance
• Current CPR certification
• Participation in driver safety and TB screening programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home health care

Pay

• Compensation ranges from $41.00 to $57.00 per visit
• Annual base pay between $64,000 and $87,500
