About the role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to assess, teach, and deliver therapy interventions in home health settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of patients' mobility, coordination, and strength
- Develop and update personalized plans of care
- Ensure treatment aligns with physician orders
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Document effectively to meet policy standards
- Supervise personnel such as OT Assistants and Home Health Aides
Requirements
- An accredited degree in Occupational Therapy
- A valid state license
- CPR certification
- A driver’s license with insurance
