About the role
Provide pediatric care in school settings as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret health data.
- Document nursing diagnoses and patient status.
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
- Valid TB or Chest X-Ray.
- BLS certification.
- Preferred one year of professional nursing experience.
