Qualifications

• 1 year home health care administrative experience required.
• 1 year of Intake Coordinator experience in home health setting highly preferred
• Kinnser software experience highly preferred
• Spanish speaking required

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and coordinate the scheduling of field clinicians including therapists (occupational OT, COTA, speech ST, and physical PT, PTA) nurses (registered nurse RN, licensed vocational nurse LVN) aides, medical social workers MSW, and staff.
• Conduct self in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer the telephone and receive messages in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Receive and submit faxed information and e-mail.
• Absolutely ensure confidentiality of all protective health information.
• Aid in the production and completion of requested documents including plans of care and other documents as requested.
• Ensure all documents produced are grammatically correct and spelled correctly.
• Provide information by answering questions and requests.
• Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
