Home Health Clinical Manager (RN)

Responsibilities
- Guides and counsels coordinators and Clinical Supervisors/Nursing Supervisors to improve home health care services.
- Coordinates and oversees patient services provided by clinical organization personnel.
- Aids in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient and family/caregiver care for all clinical personnel.
- Assists the Executive Director/Administrator in preparing and administering the organization's budget.
- Interprets operational indicators to detect census changes and impacts on staffing levels, revenues, or expenses.
- Aids Clinical Supervisors/Nursing Supervisors in developing skills and techniques for evaluating clinician performance.
Qualifications
- Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state.
- Three years of management experience within the last five years, including at least one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
- Four years of experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility, with at least one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
- Previous healthcare experience preferred, including reading and understanding medical documents and terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask.
