Job Summary
We are seeking Home Health Aides and Personal Care Assistants to provide care for elderly clients in Geauga County. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and offering emotional support.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities.
- Be a BFF to clients, offering companionship and emotional support.
- Provide compassionate and personalized care.
- Assist with activities of daily living with sensitivity and respect.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Create culinary masterpieces or edible creations in the kitchen.
- Tackle household chores and errands with finesse.
- Spread joy through humor and laughter.
- Provide personalized care that makes patients feel special.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- A valid driver’s license and vehicle (for grocery store runs and pharmacy adventures).
- Willingness to drive up to 30 minutes to clients’ homes.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Excellent communication skills, active listening, and empathy.
- A deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by patients and families at the end of life.
- A knack for finding humor in challenging situations.
- Willingness to learn and become a professional caregiver.
