Job Summary

We are seeking Home Health Aides and Personal Care Assistants to provide care for elderly clients in their homes. Duties include assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and offering emotional support.

Northern Portage County, Northern Summit County & Southern Geauga County

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities
• Be a BFF to clients, offering companionship and emotional support
• Provide compassionate and personalized care
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Offer emotional support and companionship
• Whip up culinary masterpieces (or edible creations)
• Tackle household chores and errands
• Channel inner humor to brighten spirits
• Provide personalized care

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license & vehicle (for grocery store runs and pharmacy adventures)
• Willingly drive up to 30 minutes to clients’ homes
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Excellent communication skills
• Deep understanding of unique needs and challenges faced by patients and families
• The ability to find humor in challenging situations
• Willingness to learn and become a professional caregiver
