Personal Care Aides and Home Health Aides

About the role

Working with our clients to assist with daily activities, ensuring they can age in place. Major impacts on their lives by helping with bathing, dressing, preparing meals, medication management, running errands, light housekeeping, and assisting with physical and mental exercises.

Responsibilities

• Helping clients bathe and dress to start their day feeling good.
• Preparing nutritious meals to help them heal and maintain energy.
• Making sure clients take their medications to reduce hospital visits.
• Running errands to help with daily tasks.
• Performing light housekeeping to keep their environment clean and safe.
• Assisting with physical and mental exercises to improve health and reduce fall risk.

Requirements

• Experience caring for elderly and disabled individuals.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Clean background record and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Dependable and excellent communication skills.
