Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides

About the role

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide care in clients' homes throughout Hartsdale and surrounding Westchester County communities, as well as at local Assisted Living Facilities. No certification is required — we offer free training to help eligible applicants become certified caregivers. Both experienced caregivers and entry-level applicants are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily living needs
• Provide assistance with light housekeeping and household tasks
• Support clients with mobility and the safe use of equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, and other assistive devices
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for clients
• Accurately document services provided in accordance with agency policies and procedures
• Report any changes in a client's condition or incidents promptly to the supervising RN
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families
• Protect client confidentiality and maintain accurate records
• Participate in required supervision and training in accordance with New York State regulations
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, punctuality, and compassion
• Perform additional appropriate duties as assigned by the supervising nurse
