Home Health Aide (CNA)
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain the patient's physical and emotional well-being by providing or assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, hair care, dental care, nail care, skin care, and transfers.
Report observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager.
Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seatbelt when business travel is required.
Assist with household tasks directly essential to clients' personal care.
Required Qualifications
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
- PA: Required to have completed a minimum of 60 hours of classroom instruction prior to or during the first 3 months of employment
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ months of home care experience
Pay and Benefits
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
The hourly pay for this role will range from $14.00 to $24.23 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
